The Central Intelligence Agency posthumously awards CIA Agent Lee Harvey Oswald the Distinguished Intelligence Cross for his role in the JFK assassination.  CIA Agent Lee Harvey Oswald not only gave his life, but sacrificed his public reputation in taking the fall for the assassination.
